Residents are required to participate in the Property’s insurance and resident benefits programs. A total additional monthly charge of $40 applies, which includes:
• $15 – Renter Liability Insurance & Compliance Program
• $25 – Resident Benefits Package

These fees are billed monthly with rent and are required for all residents.


There is a $50 application fee per person over 18. The application fee is non-refundable.
